Mile Stojanovski — Founder & Principal CPA

Mile founded Aurum Accounting Group in 1986 and brings decades of experience in accounting, taxation and business advisory. A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Mile has extensive knowledge across complex business taxation, tax planning, business structures, compliance and strategic business advice.

Over the years, Mile has built Aurum around strong, long-term relationships with its clients, working closely with business owners and individuals to provide practical, considered advice tailored to their circumstances. His depth of knowledge and hands-on approach remain central to the success of the practice.

Beyond Aurum, Mile has also been actively involved in the Geelong business community for many years, advocating for small and medium businesses and supporting regional economic development. His experience, technical knowledge and commitment to his clients continue to guide Aurum and the wider team.

Josip Sesar — Senior Accountant

Josip joined Aurum in 2024, bringing previous experience from another public accounting practice. He works closely with a broad range of business clients, providing support across tax compliance, BAS preparation, financial reporting and ongoing accounting matters, while also assisting individual clients with their taxation needs.

Josip has quickly become an important part of the Aurum team and is highly regarded by the clients he works with for his approachable manner, reliability and practical support. Currently working towards his CPA qualification, he continues to build on his technical knowledge and experience while playing a key role in the day-to-day servicing of Aurum’s growing client base.

Natalie Kolevski — Client Services Executive

Natalie has been an integral part of Aurum for more than 10 years, bringing extensive experience, knowledge and a deep understanding of the firm and its clients. As the first point of contact for many clients, she manages communications, appointment scheduling and the flow of documentation between clients and the accounting team.

Her experience, reliability and strong client relationships play an important role in the day-to-day operation and ongoing success of Aurum. Natalie’s warm and professional approach helps clients feel supported while ensuring the practice continues to run smoothly behind the scenes.

Edita Salcinovic — Client Services Administrator

Edita provides client services and administrative support across Aurum, assisting with client onboarding, compliance matters, ATO and ASIC documentation, client correspondence and general practice coordination.

Alongside her role at Aurum, Edita is completing a double degree in Law and Commerce, majoring in Marketing, at Deakin University. Her professional experience across accounting and healthcare, together with her strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, has made her a valued member of the Aurum team since 2023. She is committed to providing clients with efficient, professional and approachable service.

Alannah Sepetavc — Administrator

Alannah joined Aurum in 2025 and supports the team with reception and general administrative duties, including client correspondence, document management, data entry and day-to-day office coordination. Alannah brings a friendly, organised and attentive approach to supporting both clients and the wider team.

John Kolevski — Finance & Mortgage Broker

John heads the Aurum Finance division, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and asset lending. Having grown within the firm from an administrative role to a fully qualified and accredited mortgage broker, John understands every aspect of the borrowing process from the ground up. He assists clients across all areas of lending. From home loans and investment property finance through to car loans and commercial borrowing.

John’s philosophy is built on long-term relationships, not one-off transactions. His goal is to help clients secure the best possible loan structure and rate so they can pay off their mortgage sooner and spend their money on the lifestyle they deserve. As part of the Aurum Group, John works closely with the accounting team to ensure clients’ loans are structured correctly for tax purposes, giving them the best of both worlds under one roof.
