Mile Stojanovski — Principal & CPA

Mile founded Aurum Accounting Group in 1986 and has spent nearly four decades guiding individuals and businesses through their financial journeys. As a Certified Practising Accountant, Mile brings deep expertise in complex business taxation and strategic tax planning. His hands-on, client-first approach has built long-standing relationships with over a thousand clients across Geelong and beyond. Mile leads the firm’s tax strategy and business advisory services, ensuring every client receives expert advice tailored to their circumstances.

Natalie Kolevski — Client Services Executive

Natalie is the first point of contact for many of Aurum’s clients. She coordinates client communications, manages appointment scheduling, and ensures the smooth flow of documentation between clients and the accounting team. Her warm, professional manner puts clients at ease and keeps the firm running efficiently behind the scenes.

Josip Sesar — Senior Accountant

Josip brings extensive experience in tax compliance, BAS preparation, and financial reporting for individuals and small-to-medium businesses. Working closely with Mile, Josip manages a diverse portfolio of clients and plays a key role in the firm’s day-to-day accounting operations. His methodical approach and attention to detail ensure accurate, timely outcomes for every client.

John Kolevski — Finance & Mortgage Broker

John heads the Aurum Finance division, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and asset lending. Having grown within the firm from an administrative role to a fully qualified and accredited mortgage broker, John understands every aspect of the borrowing process from the ground up. He assists clients across all areas of lending. From home loans and investment property finance through to car loans and commercial borrowing.

John’s philosophy is built on long-term relationships, not one-off transactions. His goal is to help clients secure the best possible loan structure and rate so they can pay off their mortgage sooner and spend their money on the lifestyle they deserve. As part of the Aurum Group, John works closely with the accounting team to ensure clients’ loans are structured correctly for tax purposes, giving them the best of both worlds under one roof.

Alannah Sepetavc — Client Services Administration

Alannah supports the team with administrative functions including document management, client correspondence, and data entry. Her organised, detail-oriented approach helps ensure deadlines are met and client records are maintained to the highest standard.

Edita Salcinovic — Client Services Administration

Edita provides essential administrative support across the practice on a part-time basis while completing a double degree in Commerce and Law at Deakin University. She assists with client onboarding, filing, and general office coordination. Her reliability and attention to detail contribute to the efficient, personalised service Aurum is known for.

Jasper Stojanovski — Accounting & Business Advisory Intern

Jasper holds a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and is completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Management & Innovation at Victoria University. He supports the team across tax return preparation, bank reconciliations, and BAS-related work for individual and SME clients. Beyond day-to-day accounting, Jasper contributes to firm development initiatives including client onboarding processes, service pricing, and the Aurum website rebuild. With a strong interest in technology and digital tools, he brings a fresh perspective to improving how the practice operates and serves its clients.
